Ordering

Ordering with us couldn't be easier. Just select your items, proceed to checkout, and let us do the rest.

Postage fees are £3.95 flat rate whether you order 1 item or 100!

Delivery is normally via Royal Mail, however for larger or heavier orders we may use courier services. We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working day, however during busier times this may not be possible. We will always try our best!

All orders are sent second class to reach your door mat within a week.

Returns

All items are non-refundable unless faulty.

You must notify us within 14 days if an item is faulty and you will then have a further 14 days to return the item to us. We will then arrange a refund or replacement.
